Please note your request is not confirmed until we have discussed your reservation with you, AND we have received your deposit via cash, cheque, Visa/Mastercard or direct deposit. (Regretfully, EFTPOS is not available at this time.)

In the interest of your security, we do not accept credit card transactions by phone or email. Please do not phone or email us your credit card number!
Please note: Payment of a deposit does not automatically confirm your reservation. you must receive notification from us stating your desired stay has been confirmed.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION...
Arrival/Departure times: Arrival: 2pm; Departure: 10am. Feel free to enjoy the grounds and facilities if you arrive early or depart late, but your accommodation site will not be available prior to 2pm on day of arrival or after 10am on day of departure.
Booking Fee: 50% or $50 (whichever is least), refundable up to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Bookings for peak season accommodations 6+ months in advance will require 50% deposit, fully refundable up to 6 weeks prior to booking date.
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement only and must be on a lead or in an enclosure at all times -- no exceptions. Owners who allow their dog to roam unleashed will be asked to leave the camping ground. Owners must pick up after their dogs and discard the waste appropriately. Dogs are not allowed in cabins or in any other indoor facility at any time. As a courtesy to all our guests, these rules will be strictly enforced.
Day visitors are welcome at the park at any time, and will be subject to a small facilities fee ($5/car)
Rubbish: We operate a recycling and composting system, so we would appreciate your cooperation by separating food and recyclables from rubbish.
We are a family camp! As a courtesy to fellow guests, please respect our quiet time (10:30pm to 7:30am) and apply good conduct and appropriate dress at all times. Thank you!
